WGLO Advisory Practice began with a pair of consultants tired of selling slide decks and walking away. After years inside corporate finance teams, their frustration was a familiar one: companies buy a governance structure or an internal process, get the template, and never learn how to operate it. So the outfit was built the other way — on installs, configured to the real shape of a small operation.

Every engagement starts with the way something already works. The practice picks the sites, the systems and the work stream apart with the people who actually run them, then introduces controls and layers of senior management only where they make a commercial difference. It tends to produce a thinner binder than the customer expected, but one that stays on someone's desk rather than the shelf above it.

The trade is soft — think guidance, roadmaps, rolling three-week actions — because hard IT change arrives with later providers you can pick across the boundary. None of the terminology is put in motion until the director has repurigned it for their own voice, a rehearsal meeting the subject uses on a volunteer committee until it feels natural, and every member of the senior leadership can describe it through the lens of their own weekend after the first change workshop.
