Local App Data

The App stores information locally on your Android device to support the configuration workflow. This includes saved packs (local drafts and assembled packs), the configuration fields you enter for each pack, and local preferences such as theme mode, display density or text size, default export style, and default pack naming preference.

This local content is stored on your device and is not automatically transmitted to the Company as part of the core workflow. The App does not use a backend service or cloud storage for your pack data.

On-Device Storage and Your Control

Because the App is local-first, the information you enter and the packs you create remain on your device unless you take action to delete or export them. You can clear individual packs or all local app data using controls within the App, or you can remove the App entirely through Android device settings. Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored app data, though files you have exported and saved elsewhere will remain where you placed them.

User-Initiated Export and External Actions

The App allows you to export, copy, or share assembled packs through Android system actions. These actions are optional and occur only when you choose to initiate them. When you use Android's share or export functions, the data is handled by the system and any app you select, and those apps operate under their own privacy practices.

The App may also open a browser or an email client when you choose to contact the Company through the App or visit the Company website. These are external user-initiated actions, and the external services involved have their own privacy practices.

What the App Does Not Include

The App does not include login or account registration, cloud synchronisation, backend storage, payments, subscriptions, or monetisation features. The absence of these features means that the core workflow does not involve automatic sharing of your local content with the Company or any third party.

Retention

Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear local app data, or uninstall the App. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them. The Company does not retain copies of your local data because it is not transmitted to us.

Security

The Company applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information that it handles. Since the App is local-first, your primary responsibility is to safeguard your own device and any exported files.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
